Carlo Cellai, Esq. has practiced law in his own law firm as a general practitioner since graduating from New England School of Law in 1991. Carlo Cellai, Esq. began making a distinct mark on the legal community by almost immediate and constant mentions in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for his aggressive, innovative and cutting edge theories and solutions to legal problems. The first mention of a cutting edge case was in 1994 when Cellai Law Offices successfully represented its client in a disputed estate and personal injury issue on a unique personal injury litigation and estate theory. Since the inception of Cellai Law Offices in 1992, Carlo Cellai, Esq., and now the law firm of Cellai Law Offices, P.C. have practiced in a wide range of general law areas. Carlo Cellai, Esq. has drafted and negotiated a wide variety of commercial contracts, including commercial leases, distribution agreements, consignment agreements, licensing agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts and
many other types of contracts.
Carlo Cellai, Esq. graduated from the BA/MA Program at Boston University in 1988. The BA/MA Program is a program at Boston University for accelerated students who seek more out of their College and academic careers. Upon graduation in June, 1988, Carlo Cellai, Esq. received a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Master Degree in Economics.
After graduating from Boston University, Carlo Cellai, Esq. attended New England School of Law. While attending New England School of Law, Carlo Cellai, Esq., was a staff editor on the Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement. Carlo Cellai, Esq. graduated from New England School of Law in June, 1991 and sat for and simultaneously passed both the New York and Massachusetts bars administered in July, 1991.
Carlo Cellai, Esq. is a frequent lecturer to his peers in the legal community, private clients and the general public on a variety of legal issues. Carlo Cellai, Esq. has lectured at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), South Shore CPA Society and Massachusetts Minority Contractors Association.
