As a graduate of Greenville College (B.A., 2009) and New England School of Law (J.D., 2012), Attorney Ruotolo is admitted to practice law in all courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Since the beginning of her career, she has focused her practice area on civil litigation and the pursuit of debt collection matters. Prior to her arrival at Cellai Law Offices, PC, Attorney Ruotolo worked as a mid level attorney with a civil litigation and collections law firm in Waltham, Massachusetts. Among the varied responsibilities, Attorney Ruotolo was responsible for and engaged in the recovery of accounts receivable for her firm’s corporate and institutional clientele, handling litigation of civil actions and representing clients in the Appellate Courts throughout the Commonwealth. Attorney Ruotolo developed expertise in trial practice, case development, motion practice, negotiation and mediation skills in her prior position. Since joining Cellai Law Offices, PC., Attorney Ruotolo has focused her practice on civil litigation and collections, commercial litigation and collections and business litigation matters.

Attorney Ruotolo’s extensive experience has included performing extensive and original legal research on cutting edge issues in the law and has produced memoranda for Courts around the Commonwealth, specifically focusing on M.G.L. c.140(D) and M.G.L.c. 255(D). Additionally, Attorney Ruotolo has recently successfully litigated the Appellate Division of the Massachusetts Trial Court Southern Division, securing and maintaining a Judgment for her client. The decision was so important to her area of practice that a portion of the decision was published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
