Daniel Veerman, Esq. is an associate with Cellai Law Offices, P.C.
who has over 18 years experience representing both corporate and
individual clients in both civil and criminal matters in all phases of
litigation and dispute resolution. Attorney Veerman, Esq. has
represented clients of Cellai Law Offices, P.C. on a variety of breach
of contract and collection issues as well as complex and
multi-jurisdictional litigation matters. As part of his litigation
experience with Cellai Law Offices, P.C., Attorney Veerman has
represented both individual clients as well as small and large
corporations in both the trial and appellate courts.
Before
joining Cellai Law Offices, P.C., Attorney Veerman has had a
distinguished civil and criminal litigation career. Attorney Veerman
began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Essex County
where he tried many cases, both misdemeanors and felonies, on behalf of
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
After leaving the Essex County
District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Veerman accepted a position as an
associate at a law firm that represented criminal defendants in nearly
every court in Eastern Massachusetts. Attorney Veerman represented
criminal defendants in all phases of criminal law and tried many
misdemeanors and felonies as well as drafting and arguing many
substantive motions.
After leaving the criminal law firm,
Attorney Veerman took a position in a general practice law firm where he
represented private clients in a wide variety of civil and criminal
litigation matters. Attorney Veerman represented New England labor
unions and their membership in all areas of litigation in Superior and
District Courts throughout Massachusetts including criminal law,
domestic relations, probate, bankruptcy, housing, real estate, personal
injury, immigration and consumer law.
Just before accepting a
position as an Associate with Cellai Law Offices, P.C., Attorney Veerman
worked for a general practice law firm where he became well versed in
real estate and land use, zoning, municipal law, construction law,
domestic relations, probate and estates, personal injury, and consumer
law. Part of his responsibilities included the representation of
clients before numerous administrative agencies such as the Department
of Employment and Training, the Social Security Administration and the
Massachusetts Board of Professional Licensure. Attorney Veerman has
secured large awards for his clients with regard to their representation
in wrongful death and liquor liability cases.
