Aaron Joshua, Esq. is an associate who brings to the firm a wide array of experience litigating business matters including breach of contract, tortious interference with a business contract, commercial and consumer collections as well as collection of judgments. Aaron Joshua, Esq. has litigated matters throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts state court system and in the United States Federal District Court.
Aaron Joshua Esq. graduated with honors from an accredited program in Accounting at Jacksonville University. While at Jacksonville University, Attorney Joshua demonstrated his ability to apply real world solutions to business problems when he was named a Frank Sherman Scholar for his application of innovative business fundamentals to real-world problems. Attorney Joshua was added to the university’s board of trustees from 2008 to 2009.
After college, Aaron Joshua, Esq. graduated from Rutgers University School of Law where he focused his studies on numerous areas of corporate law including business torts, tax, and corporate governance. In 2014, Aaron Joshua, Esq. became licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts after he passed the Massachusetts bar exam administered by the Commonwealth’s board of bar overseers.
As part of his passion for being a lawyer, Aaron Joshua, Esq. as part of a panel of other attorneys that oversees the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service where he regularly advocates for increasing access to justice throughout the commonwealth.
