Carlo Cellai, Esq., the Principal of Cellai Law, has operated his own legal practice since his graduation from the New England School of Law in 1991. Carlo Cellai, Esq. immediately distinguished himself in the legal community, receiving frequent mentions in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for his aggressive, innovative, and cutting-edge theories and solutions to legal problems.
The areas of practice throughout most of Carlo Cellai, Esq.’s legal career have primarily been Commercial Collections/Breach of Contract, Business Litigation and Creditor Bankruptcy Law. Attorney Cellai has extensive experience and training in a number of industries including material suppliers, banking institutions, temporary labor, and other specific industries.
Carlo Cellai, Esq. has drafted, negotiated, and litigated contract disputes covering a wide range of issues from transactions of simple goods to complex breach of distribution agreements, umbrella agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial leases and employment agreements. Carlo Cellai, Esq. has also negotiated commercial contracts, distribution agreements, consignment agreements, licensing agreements, we well as construction and other types of contracts.
Carlo Cellai, Esq. graduated from the accelerated BA/MA program at Boston University, from which he received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in 1988. After graduating in 1988, Carlo Cellai, Esq. received a joint Bachelors and Masters in Economics.
After graduating from Boston University, Carlo Cellai, Esq. attended New England School of Law. While attending New England School of Law, Carlo Cellai, Esq., was a staff editor on the Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement. Carlo Cellai, Esq. graduated from New England School of Law in June 1991, thereafter swiftly gaining admission to both the New York and Massachusetts bars.
Carlo Cellai, Esq. is a frequent lecturer to his peers in the legal community, private clients and the general public on a variety of legal issues. He has lectured at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), South Shore CPA Society and Massachusetts Minority Contractors Association. Currently, Carlo Cellai, Esq. has speaking engagements on a variety of topics to his peers and the general public.
