Attorney Richard Thomas Davies has been practicing law for over 15 years and has significant experience representing clients in through all stages of civil litigation.
As an experienced trial attorney, Davies has successfully represented private business clients in a wide variety of civil and business-to-business disputes, including real estate and land disputes, elder abuse, personal injury, and other various consumer cases. Some of his accomplishments include recovering $4 million against persons who demonstrated the attempted abuse of elderly client assets. Exhibiting zealous advocacy of his clients ‘rights, Davies has practiced law in all of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including the superior court, district court and probate courts.
Having served as guardian ad litem and conservator in estate matters, Davies brings a unique perspective to his legal practice. A significant part of his obligation in serving the elderly, Davies has protected the personal and financial interests of hundreds of clients and their families.
