Attorney Richard Thomas Davies has been practicing law for over 15 years and has significant experience representing clients in civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
As an experienced trial attorney, Attorney Davies has successfully represented private business clients and individuals in a wide variety of civil disputes including business to business disputes, business transactions, real estate and land disputes, elder financial abuse matters, personal injury and various consumer cases. Some of his accomplishments include recovering four million dollars against persons who endeavored to gain control over and abuse the finances of elderly victims. In the pursuit of the zealous advocacy of his client’s rights, Attorney Davies has practiced law in all of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including the Superior Court, District Court and Probate Courts.
Attorney Davies carries a unique perspective to his practice through having served as Guardian Ad Litem and Conservator in estate matters.
